BACKUP your sites files and database

and BACKUP your sites files and database again!

Download the latest version from upgrade folder

Make sure your backups are useable!

uninstall all related plugins/modules/ that need to be upgraded

uninstall component if needed

install component using the normal installer

reinstall plugins/modules using the normal installer.
